- How To Order Ordering a product is very easy. Browse our online catalog, and when you see something you want to purchase,
click the 'Add To Cart' button/link. You can view your order at any time by choosing 'Shopping Cart' on the menu bar. From there you can delete items
you don't want or change quantities. Once you are ready to place the order, choose 'Secure Checkout' from the Shopping Cart.
The entire checkout process is done on a secure server using 128bit SSL encryption, the industry standard, so your information is safe.
Ordering is a three step process:
- Enter Payment Info First you enter your billing and shipping addresses and credit card information.
You will also be registering for an account at our site. If you already have an account, you can log in for faster ordering.
- Review Order Make sure everything listed is correct, and that all totals are correct (see below for tax and shipping info).
- Submit Order After you have checked everything, click 'Submit.' You will recieve an order number. Please write this down.
- Minimum Order There is a $25 minimum order. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience, but it is necessary to keep
our low prices.
- Low Price Guarantee We will make every effort to match or even beat any lower price found on the internet for
an identical item. This does not include clearance items or special sales. Also, we reserve the right to confirm pricing, and to
refuse to match any price for any reason. Contact us to request a price match.
- Returns Any item that is in brand new condition can be returned within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. No returns are
accepted after 15 days. In the case of a manufacturer defect, we will do all we can to help with contacting the manufacturer and getting a
replacement product. Cues that have been chalked or retipped are not returnable. Any product that is used, dented or otherwise not sellable cannot
be returned. If there has been a mistake on our part (i.e. we shipped the wrong product, etc.) we will pay shipping, otherwise all shipping
costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returning an item is easy:
- Contact Us You must contact us by emailing (returns@billiardstuff.com)
to get an Authorization Number. If you have not confirmed your return with us, it will not be accepted.
- Ship Product Package the merchandise carefully, and ship to the address given with your Authorization Number. Please include a
note that includes the Authorization Number, and write the number on the outside of the box.
- Check Credit Card Bill We will email you when we have received your return, and credit your account at that time. Please make
sure that all charges and credits are correct on your bill so that there are no problems.
- Taxes California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
- Shipping Shipping on orders from $25-$99.99 is a flat $10. On orders over $100, shipping is free. This is for UPS ground only.
Other shipping methods (i.e. next day air) are available on request.
- International Orders Orders are currently restricted to the United States and Canada. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
- Special Offers Special deals, sales, offers, coupons, promotions, etc. cannot be combined.
